Our community has begun the comprehensive review and rewrite of our governing documents to ensure they are clear, up-to-date, and aligned with current laws and the needs of our neighborhood. This process will help improve transparency, streamline community operations, and support a positive living environment for all residents.
Homeowner awareness and participation are essential. As updates become available, we will share drafts, invite feedback, and provide opportunities for Q&A. Your voice matters, and we encourage every homeowner to stay informed and involved as we move toward a stronger, more cohesive set of governing documents.

Phase 1 – Bylaws Revisions
We’re pleased to announce that the updated HOA bylaws draft is now complete and ready for homeowner review. We encourage all homeowners to take time to read through the proposed bylaws and share any questions or feedback via board@woodlandparkshawnee.org.
A neighborhood meeting is being organized for March 31st at 6:30pm to review changes together and provide time for Q&A.
