Board

The Board of the Woodland Park Home Owners Association serves a 12 month term starting in May. The election of board members is held at the annual meeting of the association. All members of the Woodland Park community are encouraged to attend the annual meetings and to vote for the selection of board members.

Current association bylaws stipulate that there must be at least 4 board members to fill the executive positions, with a maximum of 9 positions. Board members must be residents, be listed on the title and in good standing with the association. Board members receive no payment, stipend or other compensation for their time aside from reimbursement for authorized association purchases using personal funds. All meetings of the Board are open to any member of the association. Meetings are every other month, with exact date and times posted on the website in advance.
