Proposed expansion of the Monticello Center multi-lot, multi-tenant commercial center located in the 6500 block of Silverheel Street (west of Tanners). The project includes three new commercial buildings (Ace Hardware, multitenant building & fast food restaurant), on-site parking, stormwater improvements, landscaping, and other associated site improvements. The Preliminary Site Plan review is the first for a two-step Site Plan review process. Final Site Plan approvals and re-plat of the property will be required prior to construction permitting.

Well Woodland Park Homeowners – Capital Partners’ project Harmony @ Clear Creek at 6300 Silverheel Street work has begun.  They have started to clear trees and fields in preparation of the development. I continue to exchange emails with with the project engineer and the a Capital Partners senior associate, to keep on top of this.
