RE: Special Meeting to Elect a Board of Directors
Dear Woodland Park Homeowner:
The Woodland Park Homes Association will conduct a Special Meeting to Elect a Board of Directors on Tuesday June 17 at 6:30 PM at the Woodland Park Homeowners Association Park at the intersection of 64th Street and Roundtree to vote to elect a Board of Directors.
In case of inclement weather the Special Meeting to Elect a Board of Directors will be moved to Wednesday June 18 at 6:30 PM at the Woodland Park Homeowners Association Park
The meeting will be conducted for the purpose to select and elect members to serve on the association’s Board of Directors. If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors, please fill out the nomination form and return it to a Board member or Home Association Solutions, LLC at P.O. Box 26145, Overland Park, KS 66225. You may also email your nomination to kcahill@hasolutions.net.
The Woodland Park Homes Association’s Special Meeting to elect a Board of Directors has been scheduled for June 17, 2025 at the Woodland Park Homeowners Association Park on the intersection of 64th Street and Roundtree. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30 PM.

A quorum of 74 residents is required to conduct the vote. Your attendance would be most appreciated. If you cannot attend, please send a signed proxy to Home Association Solutions at kcahill@hasolutions.net or mail to Home Association Solutions at PO Box 26145 Overland Park, KS 66225. You may also give it to someone who will be in attendance.
